• The initial course is 12 months, with treatments at 6 - 8 week intervals.
• It is important to keep to the intervals prescribed by your Laser hair practitioner so that you get great results and to keep the guarantee valid.
• You must follow the before and after care that is prescribed by your practitioner, eg: adequate sun protection to the treatment area.
• During the guarantee period (which starts after the initial treatment course is completed) if you still have hair in the agreed treatment area, or if any regrows, we will treat it at 12 week intervals at no further cost to you. NB: Some hair colours may not be treatable which will be explained in your free consultation.
• Guarantees are not currently transferable between Caci Medispa locations.
• Guarantees are restricted to the initial body area that has been agreed to be treated.
• Guarantee does not apply to male customers due to the resilient nature of male body hair. Some underlying medical conditions may adversely affect the opportunity of long term results (refer to the Laser Hair Removal Information sheet in clinic).
