Do I need lip enhancement?
Lip enhancement can do much more than just plump your lips. At Caci we use an injectable filler to enhance lip definition, minimise fine lines around the lips and to add volume to sunken or thin lips.
While some clients we see have always wanted fuller or more defined lips, others have noticed changes in their lips as they age and are looking to bring back the look they used to have.
How does lip enhancement work?
A smooth dermal filler is injected around the edge of the lips to improve definition and into the centre of the lips to improve volume.
Will I look like Angelina Jolie?
Not if you don’t want to! Most of our clients want a natural look that enhances the natural shape of their lips. The amount of filler used will determine lip size, while filler placement can alter the shape of the lips.
Will it hurt?
At Caci we use a new formulation of dermal filler which includes local anaesthetic in it that makes treatment less painful.
Many of our clients say they don’t find treatment painful at all while others report a slight sting as the product is injected.
Treatment takes around 15 minutes and results are immediate.
How long does it last?
The filler used at Caci lasts up to 12 months.
Will I be able to eat and kiss immediately afterwards?
Yes! Your lips may be slightly swollen but you should be able to get right back to normal.
How much does it cost?

Will people know I’ve had lip enhancement?
Immediately after treatment you may have slightly swollen lips, so if you’re concerned it is a good idea to book your treatment on a Friday afternoon so swelling can go down over the weekend.
You will notice a change but we often get clients telling us that their friends tell them they look great but can't work out why! Whether you tell them is up to you.
