Real Botox Stories

From reception to finance, at Caci we like all our staff like to really understand and experience the treatments we offer our clients. So, recently some of the team were treated with Botox® - some for the first time, others long-time devotees.

Here, we share some of our experiences.

How many times have you had Botox®? Just the once – this was my first time!
Why did you decide to get Botox®? I have forehead lines that have bothered me for a few years so I wanted to see if Botox® would make a difference to them.
Which area of your face did you get treated? My forehead lines.
How did it feel? I was very, very nervous but it was not as bad as I expected. A short sting when the Botox® was injected but that was all, no pain or problems afterwards.
How long until you noticed a difference? At first I thought I wasn’t going to see any changes because it took about four days for me to see a slight difference and I was a bit disappointed, but... after seven days I saw a significant change.
What did you think of the results? Great! I am still able to move my eyebrows and look surprised when I need to – definitely not a celebrity-frozen look! But the lines are definitely reduced (even when I don’t raise my eyebrows) and I like the idea that I am helping to prevent the lines from becoming deeper in the future.

Why did you decide to get Botox®? I had read that it was a great prevention against wrinkles forming.
Which areas of your face did you get treated? Frown and corners of eyes.
How did it feel? I was extremely nervous, in fact my hands were sweating! But it hardly hurt at all and it was over in a flash.
How long until you noticed a difference? About 3 days.
What did you think of the results? Love it, I don’t have any wrinkles so I look heaps younger than I am and it makes me feel like I’m future-proofing my face.

Why did you decide to get Botox®? Why not?  I feel young so wanted to look the same way.  Botox® is just so acceptable now.
Which areas of your face did you get treated? Frown lines between the eyes.
How did it feel? The needles were fine. I did have a massive headache for two days after the treatment.
How long until you noticed a difference? Less than a week.
What did you think of the results? Love it! Already booked in for the next round when this one starts to wear off. I receive so many comments from my friends who say that I look really relaxed and happy! They think it is my great job and lifestyle. I have decided to keep my Botox® a secret for a while...
