Candice bought an orchard in Gisborne back in 2017 she discovered the exploitative labour practices within the Horticulture industry, many of which lay at the root of supply problems. The belief that there’s dignity in every job is central to Jobloads, the digital hiring platform that Candice developed to connect seasonal workers with horticultural employers.
