Alicia has been in the Beauty Industry for more than 20 years and is also the proud owner of Caci Warkworth. Alicia has worked for a number of prestige beauty brands for many years in various roles and managed her own salon for a decade.Her real Passion is anything “beauty” that can help her customers build their self-confidence, whether it be a facial, some laser hair removal, a Chillsculpt treatment to reduce that stubborn fat or advice on how to care for the skin after treatment. Andrea is currently working part time at Caci Silverdale while studying her Bachelors in Fashion Design and Marketing at AUT. Andrea loves meeting new people and has a passion for providing customers with the best service possible.

Skin confidence to me means jumping in the pool knowing your beauty is not dependent on your make up. As well as having a radiant glow means a radiant personality.

Sophie has been in the beauty industry for 2 years.
She is a passionate and exceptional Therapist that puts her customer's skin goals first! "My favorite treatment is our Hydradermabrasion because it reduces my skin's congestion while it hydrates at the same time leaving it looking glowing and smooth! My favourite product is Murad's Invisicar, this product reduces the appearance of my scarring. My skin went from being angry and inflamed to being calm and smooth!

Louise has been captivated by the skin and beauty industry since she could walk! She definitely followed her mum's footsteps as a Beauty Therapist and Makeup Artist thinking back to her first ever 3-step skincare routine she had at 13 years old. Louise followed her passion growing up with a certificate in Makeup Artistry and an international qualification in Beauty Therapy as well as voted Therapist of the Year from Cut Above Academy in 2015. Louise has been in the industry for just over 9 years adapting to new techniques, groundbreaking technology, and ingredients that have revolutionized the beauty industry. That is why she joined Caci Clinic working as a Senior Beauty Therapist and in-clinic team developer/trainer to ensure our team feels just as confident as our customers.

Skin Confidence to me means embracing that my skin isn't perfect but rather healthy. It is having skin that feels balanced, hydrated, and protected by looking after it whether it is through products or advanced treatments.
