Emma is passionate about beauty and enjoys helping customers feel happy and confident in their skin, she enjoys everyone’s journey and loves seeing her customers confidence grow. Emma has lived in Howick all her life, so, when the opportunity came up to open a Caci Clinic in her hometown, Emma and her husband Steve did not hesitate.
Emma is super proud of her team, she believes in them and knows that they thrive on the care and knowledge they provide each customer with achieving results and helping customers to feel confident in their skin.
Emma has a business background in sales and finance but her true passion has always been beauty.This is Emma's dream come true and she is excited she can share her love of beauty and zest for life with you.

Lea
Registered Nurse
Lea is a Registered Nurse with a varied background in the medical field. Lea’s first love for appearance medicine came when a friend of hers introduced her to Caci, after seeing women feel empowered after their treatments Lea knew she wanted to make women of all ages to feel the same way, so she pursued a career in cosmetic nursing.
Lea has a holistic approach to both skincare and appearance medicine and will make sure you feel at ease with your treatments as well as looking and feeling your best.
Lea's passion is helping women gain confidence and feel good about themselves. Lea's mantra is "The best is yet to come.
Shelley
Treatment Advisor
Shelley is dedicated to carrying over her love and passion of helping people gain confidence in their own appearance, after working as a Dental Hygienist locally for the past 22 years. Shelley has a warm and empathetic nature and is focused on getting her customers the results they desire. Shelley is a Mum to two teenagers and has grown up locally herself.

Meet Tyra one of our Skin/Laser Therapists at Caci Howick and Caci Beachlands. She is friendly, bubbly, knowledgeable and very client focused. Tyra started with Caci in 2021 and is loving her career as a Skin/Laser Therapist. Tyra's passion for what she does has given her a lot of knowledge on treatments and products and her focus for her clients is ensuring you are receiving the best treatments, and achieving results, she is on your journey with you. Tyra loves to incorporate a relaxing ambiance to your treatments, allowing you to unwind and let go from the business of life. Tyra has built fabulous relationships with both existing and new clientele and is looking forward to meeting you and providing you with excellent service and results.

Milla graduated from Elite school of Beauty and Spa in 2023.
She has been a lover of all things beauty related since she was little.
Working with people is a huge passion of Millas, she is gentle and caring and enjoys delivering treatments to each one of her clients, while being able to provide knowledge on skincare products.
Milla is very client focused, guiding each client through their skin journey with care and patience, she builds strong relationships with her clients, and knows the importance of some "me time" allowing you to feel calm and at ease.
It warms her seeing her clients leave the clinic with fresh, glowing skin and a big smile on their face.

Courtney is an incredibly passionate Skin Therapist who graduated from Elite school of beauty and spa. Courtney chose this career to gain expertise so she could help others, having personally experienced skin struggles in the past she understands the emotional impact this can have on your confidence. Courtney is warm, friendly and deeply cares about each one of her clients and their skin needs. She is focused on achieving real results and enjoys being on each one of her clients journeys, providing them with advice on skincare, building relationships, delivering personalised treatments to suit each individual, and allowing you time to relax and unwind.

The best thing I have ever done for myself
Probably one of the best thing I have ever done for myself was to sign up. The way my skin is now is unreal. I feel so comfortable with not wearing foundation. Also..why not pamper ourselves when we work so hard?

I frequently go without makeup now
I’m in my second year now and wouldn’t want to live without it! I started with bad pigmentation and also had skin that frequently broke out and I was not confident in my own skin with a bare face. After the first year I could visibly see the reduction in pigmentation and facial scars and lines. Also my breakouts are almost non existent now. It's worth every cent
Wow what can I say it has been worth every cent. I had been on the pill for nearly 15 years to help control my acne. So when I decided it was time to stop I joined Caci. About 3 months after coming off the pill my skin absolutely started purging I was covered in cystic acne. I nearly resorted to antibiotics to help fix it but with the help of my absolute fave skin saviour we have got through it. Caci was so supportive and genuinely care.
I'm 4 months makeup free!
I am so proud to say that I haven't worn make-up since Christmas, thats 4 months make-up free. I feel confident and happy in who I am. Best thing I ever did for my skin. The changes to the look and feel of my skin is amazing. The lines are less and my skin is so much more hydrated. I do feel a bit lush going for monthly facials
I have been absolutely loving my plan & noticing a huge difference in my skin appearance - so have other people. I’m constantly being told that my skin looks brighter & clearer. The dark spots have faded & my skin doesn’t feel so dry in certain areas. The advice you get is unvaluable
This plan is the best thing I've ever done for my skin! I go along every 3-4 weeks and get a treatment according to what my skin needs, it's absolutely luxurious and I absolutely love it & always leave feeling pampered. In between I now cleanse, tone and moisturise whereas I never used to do that before, and the advice you get is invaluable. The payment plan also makes it very affordable, I'm going into my second year. If you're sitting on the fence about doing it, get there! you won't regret it and you know you're worth it.

I used to just slap on moisturiser...
I've never been the type to look after my skin - opting instead to just slap on moisturiser in the morning and call it a day. But with my wedding coming up I chose to invest in myself and go to Caci - I've had 7 treatments now and have gone from a full face of makeup gal to boldly walking out the door with just a touch of tinted moisturiser! I absolutely love my skin health plan at Caci. It has made an absolute difference in my skin and I couldn’t be happier. Not only that, but it’s also such a lovely treat visiting every 3 weeks to do something completely for yourself. The home products that they have recommended for me are all so luxurious feeling and once again have made the hugest difference in my skin. the breakouts have reduced greatly and it is so much glowier.
I have learnt so much about my skin
I signed up for Reformaskin after developing adult acne and getting minimal results from my dermatologist prescription. Now my acne is gone and my skin texture is so refined. I have also seen a significant fading of sun damage/freckles when I compare myself to old close up photos. The value of this plan is not only in the treatments you receive but in the skincare education you get from your skin therapist. I have learnt so much about my skin and how I need to be treating it, it has honestly set me up for life.
My facial treatments really deliver
It's made a world of a difference to my skin. I'm usually very lazy but it's made me very disciplined. I'm also a busy mum and don't really have time for an extensive skin regime so my facial treatments taking place every 3-4 weeks really deliver. I think it's very affordable and I'll definitely continue with the plan.
