I’m extremely passionate about skin and helping others feel confident in their own. Whether you’re just starting your skin journey or looking for a boost, I’m here to help with real, effective treatments that are all about making you feel your best.

With over 20 years’ experience in the beauty industry, I bring a genuine passion for skin and a deep commitment to helping women feel happy, confident, and comfortable in their own skin. I’ve been part of the Caci family since early 2016 and am so excited to be back with the lovely team here at Caci Papamoa.

I love working closely with clients to understand their individual skin concerns and goals, and I look forward to supporting you on your skin journey—now and into the future.

When I’m not in clinic, you’ll usually find me enjoying time with friends, relaxing at the beach, getting lost in a good book, or unwinding with a glass of wine.

Meet Jessica.

Jessica has been a valued part of the Caci family since 2021. As a Senior Skin Therapist, she leads with a passion for education, empowerment, and delivering exceptional results — making her a trusted expert in helping clients achieve radiant, healthy skin.

When she’s not in the clinic supporting her team and transforming skin, Jessica is soaking up quality time with her family of boys and staying grounded through her love of Pilates.

For Jessica, skin confidence is about feeling comfortable and empowered in your own skin — not striving for perfection, but embracing progress. It’s about understanding your skin, treating it with care, and seeing real, lasting results that help you feel your best.

Jessica believes that when you feel confident in your skin, it reflects in every part of your life. That’s why her approach focuses on education, tailored solutions, and supporting each client on their unique skin journey.

Nicola is the new friendly face at Papamoa Caci Clinic. She and her family moved from Auckland 3.5 years ago and have embraced the relaxed beach lifestyle.

With a long history in fashion, hair, fitness, and wellbeing, Nicola is passionate about helping people feel good about themselves. Great skin is one of her biggest passions, as she believes it plays a huge role in feeling happy and confident.

She loves guiding people on the right path to achieve this confidence and looks forward to chatting with clients and helping them look and feel their best.

What does Skin Confidence mean to me? "It's about being comfortable, secure and expressive in your own skin and radiating confidence inside and out."

With over nine years of combined experience as a Skin Therapist and Dermatology (Skin Cancer) Registered Nurse, Ricki is passionate about empowering others with confidence by enhancing their natural beauty and helping them feel their best in their own skin.

She takes a holistic approach to skin health, incorporating internal, external, and clinical aspects into her treatments. Currently studying towards her Diploma in Naturopathy, Ricki is excited to integrate this knowledge into her practice, offering clients a well-rounded, whole-body approach to skin care.

Outside the clinic, Ricki enjoys spending time with her daughter, often at the beach, and unwinding with a good matcha.

Sarah loves helping women feel confident in their own skin. With advanced training in laser, skin needling, and chemical peels, she creates personalised treatments that nurture, restore glow, and boost firmness. She has a special passion for supporting women through the skin changes that come before and after menopause, offering expert care and guidance every step of the way. Known for her calm, caring nature, Sarah makes every visit relaxing and uplifting—so you leave feeling radiant inside and out.
