Caci has a long history of innovation in the beauty therapy and appearance enhancement industry.
It all started in 1994 when Jackie and David Smith opened the first Caci in Newmarket, Auckland. Jackie's background as a nurse and David's entrepreneurial spirit helped create a clinic that focused on treatments that really get results, rather than the typical 'pampering' facials offered elsewhere.
In 1994 we introduced the revolutionary CACI non-surgical facelift to New Zealand. In 1996 Caci was the first provider to bring laser hair removal to the country, and in 2009 we were first again in re-packaging individual treatments into results-focused memberships with added beauty rewards.

THE CACI TRAINING ACADEMY
Our Franchisees and their clinic team members are trained to the highest level within their respective roles. Our Cosmetic Nurses are specifically trained to administer cosmetic injectable treatments while our Skin Therapists undergo extensive training in the best procedures and treatment technologies.
From business operations and sales through to executing the best, results driven treatments – we train everyone in the Caci group to deliver the customer experience our members know and love.
PROVEN SUBSCRIPTION BASED MODEL
We’ve made it easy for our customers to feel confident in their skin by offering subscription based payment options bespoke to Caci. This results in recurring revenue for Caci franchisees and a loyal base of members.
RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT
Our R&D team is invested in identifying new technology and treatments to keep us abreast of the industry. R&D is carried out across not only treatments and techniques but also processes and platforms used in clinic too. In 2024, Caci was recognised as New Zealand's Best Beauty Destination for the seventh year running. While founder Jackie Smith won the People’s Choice award in the inaugural Capsule Good B*tch Awards.
Caci also took away several regional business awards – with Caci Levin winning best in Consumer Services at the Electra Business and Innovation Awards, while Caci Whanganui took out Gold for Consumer Services and Silver for Customer Service Delivery at the Whanganui Regional Business Awards.
