Having her wings clipped after 25 years of creating memories and delivering exceptional customer service on board flights around the world - Michelle is now ready to take her customers on a journey of skin health and rejuvenation. The career change also brought more change - the whole family moved from the Bay of Plenty to the Bay of Islands and they are now enjoying the sub tropical climate of the far north! Michelle is excited to get to know her customers at the clinic and make connections in the community.

With a background in marketing and customer service, I bring a client-focused approach to my role as a Treatment Advisor at Caci Clinic. Passionate about skincare and results-driven treatments, I’m here to guide our clients on their unique skin journeys. My goal is to understand individual needs and recommend the most effective treatments to help each client look and feel their best.

I am an experienced registered nurse with a background within general practice and community specialist palliative care.I feel passionate about providing holistic and caring service with a focus on supporting clients to improve their self confidence and feel the best they can.

After graduating beauty therapy at the end of 2023 in Whangarei I made my way up to Caci Kerikeri to fulfill my passion of skin. I am grateful to be working alongside all these beautiful women, creating many amazing memories and helping you reach your skin goals!

I have been studying at Elite school of Beauty and Spa for a year and a half, I completed my level 4 and 5 diploma with an international certification of CIDESCO. I truly take pride in my skills and am so truly excited to join you on your own journey :)

Originally from Thames, I recently completed level 5 Beauty Therapy at Elite School of Beauty and am excited to jump into more advanced treatments and further learnings.
