What happens during treatment?
Your journey starts with a consultation with a Caci expert to discuss what you’re noticing, what you’d like to achieve, your previous treatment experience and whether HArmonyCa is right for you.Treatment is administered in clinic by an appropriately trained Caci Nurse. HArmonyCa contains lidocaine, a local anaesthetic designed to help make treatment more comfortable.
Is HArmonyCa the same as dermal filler?
Not quite. HArmonyCa is a dual-action hybrid injectable. It combines hyaluronic acid, which provides immediate volume and support, with calcium hydroxyapatite, which stimulates your body’s own collagen production. This means it offers both an immediate effect and progressive improvement over time.
When will I see results?
You may notice an immediate lifting and supporting effect following treatment.Improvements in firmness and elasticity can then continue to develop over the following weeks and months as collagen production is stimulated.
How long does HArmonyCa last?
Results can last up to 12-18 months.*How long your individual results last will vary depending on factors including your skin, metabolism, lifestyle, treatment area and treatment plan
Will HArmonyCa make me look ‘filled’?
The goal is not simply to add volume. HArmonyCa can be used to provide support, lift and improved firmness, making it particularly appealing if you want a refreshed, natural-looking result. Your Caci Registered Nurse will recommend the amount and placement appropriate for your facial structure and goals.
Is there downtime?
Downtime varies between individuals.You may experience temporary swelling, redness, bruising or tenderness around the treatment area.
Can I combine HArmonyCa withBotox®?
Yes - where clinically appropriate. HArmonyCa works to lift, support and stimulate collagen, while Botox®temporarily reduces targeted muscle activity to soften the appearance oflines and/or address muscular pull. Your Caci Registered Nurse will determine whether either or both treatments are appropriate following consultation.
What Is The Post-Treatment Care Advice?
For the first 24 to 48 hours post treatment: Avoid touching, rubbing, or massaging the treated area unless specifically instructed.Avoid strenuous exercise, heat (sauna, hot yoga), and alcohol.Avoid make-up on the treatment area for the rest of the day.Sleep on your back where possible.Mild swelling, tenderness, or bruising is normal and settles over a few days to two weeks. Avoid NSAIDs for bruising in the first 72hours where possible (this does not apply to emergency aspirin in a suspected vascular occlusion).Contact your clinic immediately if you notice grey/dusky patches, pustules or unusual skin changes
