Penny is the proud owner of Caci Havelock North, Napier and Hastings. Penny started with Caci in our Support Office in 2008 as the National Sales and Events Manager and then went onto set up her own clinic in New Plymouth, and later owning Caci Taupo. In 2018, Penny returned to Caci Support Office where as the General Manager, Penny's role and responsibility firmly lie in the overseeing and performance of the franchise network. Penny is so passionate about the treatments the team deliver to customers every day at Caci .

Charlie joined Caci Napier after graduating from Elite School of Spa and Beauty nearly a year ago. She is passionate about skin and looks forward to helping you reach your skin goals.

I have my level 5 diploma in beauty therapy.  I’ve always been so passionate about helping others and when it comes to helping someone with their skin, it makes me happy knowing I’ve made a difference.

Paige has completed her Beauty Therapy training through EIT here in Hawke’s Bay and is enjoying the early stages of her journey as a Skin Therapist. She plays a key support role within our clinics, assisting the team and helping to ensure every client feels welcomed, supported, and well cared for.

Paige has a strong focus on customer service and is passionate about learning, developing her skills, and growing her confidence as she builds her career in the skin industry

Alyse brings more than 15 years of experience as a beauty therapist, having worked both here in New Zealand and overseas, including earlier in her career at Caci Napier. Her love for advanced skin treatments and cosmetic injectables inspired her to retrain as a nurse, and she graduated in 2021.

Today, Alyse works part time at Caci Napier, where she combines her strong clinical skills with a warm and reassuring approach. Alongside her work with us, she is a busy mum of two boys and works as a theatre nurse.

Alyse is passionate about helping clients feel confident, informed and empowered on their skin and cosmetic journey.

Bec has been nursing for just over 10 years, with the last 7 primarily in emergency. She has a passion for helping people in more ways than one! Bec loves meeting customers, helping them achieve their skin goals and gain confidence within themselves. That is what skin confidence means to her!

After nursing in varying roles over my 20 year nursing career I thought I would try my hand at aesthetic nursing and really enjoy it. What I love most is seeing woman of all ages and stages being passionate about their skin health and being able to help them to feel more comfortable in their own skin. Beauty truly does comes from within, and it’s so lovely to be able to enhance that for our customers. 

Since joining Caci in 2016, Karena has been dedicated to helping our customers feel confident and empowered in their skin. As an advanced injector, she is passionate about the artistry of cosmetic injectables and loves seeing the transformative results they can achieve. She takes pride in delivering personalised treatments that enhance natural beauty while ensuring clients feel comfortable and cared for throughout their journey.

Rachael is a Caci pro having worked at Caci Hastings before joining our team at Caci Napier & Havelock North. An experienced Registered Nurse for well over 13 years having worked in Cardiology here in New Zealand and in London on Harley Street, an area renowned for world leading healthcare and cosmetic medicine clinics.
