This year marks 30 years of Caci and we made sure to celebrate big with #TeamCaci all together at our 2024 Conference in June.
Caci Conference 2024 was the biggest and best yet, as we welcomed almost 400 Caci team members from the country to Auckland for a two day event filled with conference sessions and workshops, practical trainings for over 200 of the networks treatment providers (including the NEW Signature Peel, Dermal Filler and Anti-Wrinkle treatments), guest speakers, industry experts and live treatment demonstrations (thanks to our friends at Dermocosmetica!).
We also celebrated BIG at the Annual Caci Awards where we recognised both high performing individuals and clinic teams from the network, while also celebrating the incredible milestone of 30 years of Caci.
The night was filled with recognition and celebration, acknowledging the best of the best in the Caci network, from Skincare recommendations, to the top skin therapists, registered nurses and treatment advisors across the country. Clinic teams were recognized for delivering outstanding customer experience, fantastic local marketing and their commitment to the Caci way of life.
One clinic came out on top and won the Platinum Clinic of the Year award and that clinic was Caci New Plymouth! The Clinic of the Year award goes to a clinic that has performed to a consistently high standard across a number of categories, including customer satisfaction. Owners Paula and Craig Barkley have owned the clinic since 2017 and attribute their success to the strength of their team.
Caci New Plymouth also picked up various other awards including Treatment Advisor of the Year Gold award for Shelley Macdonald, High Performance Teamwork, Excellence in Growth of New Membership Sales by tier, and Clinic Excellence Gold winner.
The two days and awards evening was a true celebration of everything Caci stands for, and we are so lucky to have a network of clinics that is passionate and committed to delivering Skin Confidence for 30 years.
