2024 in Review: A Year of Milestones
This year has been a true celebration of growth, innovation, and all things skin confidence. Caci Turned 30
We’ve officially hit the big 3-0 this year! It’s hard to believe that three decades ago, Caci started with just one clinic, a big dream, and ground-breaking devices. Fast forward to 2024, and we’re celebrating 30 years of helping people feel their best – with 80 clinics nationwide and more than 30,000 treatments delivered every month. We couldn’t have come this far without YOU, so a huge thank you to each and every one of you who has been part of the Caci journey.
Profhilo Body – A Game-Changer for 2024
One of the standout moments of 2024 has to be the introduction of Profhilo Body to our treatment menu targeting the hands and décolletage. If you haven’t heard of it yet, let us introduce you to your new best friend. This game-changing treatment, is packed with one of the highest concentrations of Hyaluronic Acid on the market. It’s helped many of you restore hydration and smoothness to these often-overlooked areas, and we’re thrilled to see such incredible results.
Caci Signature Peel – A New Glow for 2024
Glow-up alert! The Caci Signature Peel was introduced to our repertoire and has been a huge hit this year. Designed to help reveal brighter, smoother skin, this treatment tackles a variety of skin concerns and leaves you with that signature Caci glow. 2024 has been a year of exciting new arrivals in the world of skincare, and Murad’s latest products were definitely a highlight. The launch of the Cellular Hydration collection, alongside new must-have products like the Retinal Eye Treatment and Murad Multi-Vitamin Clear Coat Broad Spectrum SPF 50, kept your skincare routines fresh and effective. It’s no surprise they quickly became best-sellers! Your skin was definitely in for a treat this year.

For the 7th consecutive year, we’ve been named NZ’s Best Beauty Destination! This title means the world to us and reflects our commitment to providing you with top-notch treatments and real, visible results.
Skinsmiths – Awarded Best Sustainable Brand
Our very own skincare line, Skinsmiths, was named Best Sustainable Brand in 2024. We couldn’t be more proud of this recognition, as it highlights our ongoing commitment to offering eco-conscious skincare products that are good for both your skin and the planet.
Caci's founder Jackie Smith Wins People’s Choice Award
And last but certainly not least, a huge congratulations to our founder, Jackie Smith, for winning the People’s Choice Award at Capsule’s inaugural Good B*tch Awards! Jackie’s passion for helping others feel confident in their own skin has always been at the heart of Caci, and we couldn’t be prouder to see her recognized for her dedication to the industry.
