I joined Caci Rotorua with over 10 years experience in frontline customer service. I pride myself on having a warm and welcoming personality, and love to meet new people. I make sure to always going the extra mile to make our customers feel at ease. Seeing the great results that are achieved through our treatment plans are very rewarding, I love to see our customers walking away smiling.

Emma has over 5 years of experience in the beauty and cosmetics industry, having both trained as a Beauty Therapist and worked with brands such as Clinique and Estee Lauder. She believes through great skin health and product knowledge, amazing results can be achieved for our skin.

I am a qualified Therapist in ITEC and CIBTAC with experience in the industry for over eight years. With my space experience I live to ensure customers achieve results, but are also relaxed and enjoy their 'me time'.I love building rapport with customers and guiding them through their individual skin journey.

Natasha is passionate about skin health, educating her customers to take care of themselves, and she can back this up with over 10 years of experience. For her, it is all about getting her customers the best results and improving their skin, and how they feel about their skin confidence. Natasha specialises in skin health treatments, Non-Surgical Facelift, Light Therapy and Laser Hair Removal.

Charley is one of our dedicated skin therapists who is specialised in laser and advanced skincare treatments. She is passionate about all things beauty and has over 5 years’ experience in the beauty industry. Her expertise is skin health treatments. She enjoys catering to all her customer's skin needs and concerns.

Freedom has 6+ years experience within the beauty industry. She prides herself with having a gentle nature that naturally gravitates her customers trust towards her, and with her knowledge, leaves them feeling safe and at ease in her hands to achieve their skin goals.

Rachael has been a Registered Nurse for the past 30+ years and having worked in a variety of clinical settings, ranging from practice nursing, hospital, teaching, to research. She has a passion for appearance medicine because the results can change a person’s outlook on life.

Heather has been a Registered Nurse for 25+ years having worked in a variety of settings in both New Zealand and overseas, including neonatal nursing, and adult surgical and clinical research. She prides herself in being an empathic nurse who listens to her customers concerns.
