Terms and Conditions
Promotion period: commences 1 November 2026 and closes 31 December 2026.
Eligibility: open to NZ residents aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of Caci, True Tahiti, Tourisme Tahiti, Cook’s Bay Hotel & Suites, their associated companies, participating agencies, and their immediate families.
How to enter: during the promotion period, make a qualifying purchase or attend a qualifying treatment at a participating Caci NZ clinic. Each separate transaction counts as one entry. There is no maximum number of entries per person.
Qualifying purchases include any True Tahiti product sold at a Caci NZ clinic. Qualifying treatments include any Caci NZ treatment.
Following each qualifying transaction, entrants will receive a unique QR code in-clinic to complete the competition entry form. Entries must be submitted by 31 December 2026, 11:59pm NZDT.
Prize
One winner and their guest (two travellers total) will receive a trip to Tahiti comprising:
- Return economy flights for two people from Auckland to Papeete, booked by True Tahiti in consultation with the winner and subject to airline availability and the validity of the Cook’s Bay accommodation.
- Five nights' accommodation for two people at Cook’s Bay Hotel & Suites, Moorea, in a Garden Level 1-Bedroom Suite with kitchenette.
- True Tahiti hampers for the winner and their guest.
Cook’s Bay accommodation is valid for stays between 1 March and 22 December 2027, excluding May, July, August and September 2027.
Cook’s Bay Hotel & Suites describes itself as “the only boutique hotel on the island of Moorea.”
The Cook’s Bay accommodation component is accommodation only. Meals and other personal expenses are not included.
The flight component does not include domestic New Zealand connections, Tahiti–Moorea ferry or other transport, airport/ferry/hotel transfers, additional accommodation, meals, travel insurance or personal expenses.
The winner is responsible for all costs not expressly included in the prize, including passport costs and any other personal expenses associated with travel.
Approximate total retail value: NZ$ $8,500.
The prize is subject to availability and must be booked through True Tahiti in consultation with the winner. Flight availability must align with the validity dates and exclusions applying to the Cook’s Bay accommodation.
Travel must be completed within the Cook’s Bay accommodation validity period, being 1 March to 22 December 2027, excluding May, July, August and September 2027.
The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Winner selection
The winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the promotion period.
The draw will take place on 13 January 2027 by Random number generator.
The winner will be contacted using the details provided at the time of entry. The winner will have five days from the first attempt to contact them to accept the prize and must provide valid identification to confirm their identity.
If the winner cannot be contacted within five days, does not provide valid identification, or is otherwise unable to accept the prize, Caci reserves the right to redraw.
