Celebrating Success: Caci Conference 2025 & Annual Caci Awards Night
On Sunday 18 May and Monday 19 May, the Caci whānau from across the country gathered in Auckland for our biggest and most exciting event of the year - the Caci Conference 2025 and the Annual Caci Awards Night. With over 350 attendees representing 80 clinics, it was a powerful celebration of connection, learning, and recognition.
Day One: Connection, Inspiration & Celebration
Sunday kicked off with a high-energy conference day where our network came together to hear from inspiring speakers, industry experts, and our leadership team. Key topics included innovation in aesthetics, the power of customer experience, and how we can continue to grow as the leaders in skin and appearance medicine in New Zealand. We welcomed numerous guest speakers who touched on all aspects on life at Caci including, women's health experts, aesthetic technology representatives and leaders from NZ businesses with real life insights and tips that can directly relate to the Caci way.
That evening, the excitement ramped up as we transformed the venue for our Annual Caci Awards Night. A true highlight of the year, this glamorous event honours the hard mahi, dedication, and results from across our clinics and support office teams.
Congratulations to all of our finalists and winners, all 35 of them! With a special shoutout to Jamie Stout and her team at Caci Levin, who took home the coveted Platinum Clinic of the Year Award for 2025!
Day Two: Skills in Action
On Monday 19 May, we rolled up our sleeves for a day of practical workshops and collaborative learning. With a focus on scaling up and setting goals for the year ahead, attendees explored everything from clinical techniques and product innovation to business strategy and leadership.
We also launched our new Skinsmiths B12 Hydrating Facial, available in Caci clinics now. A 30-minute, results-driven treatment designed to instantly refresh and deeply hydrate the skin. Over 115 of our Caci Skin Therapists gained hands-on experience both delivering the treatment and getting to experience it for themselves.
It was also a chance to engage directly with our trusted industry partners, ask questions, and gain hands-on insight into how we can deliver even more value to our customers.
