I’m in my second year now and wouldn’t want to live without it! I started with bad pigmentation and also had skin that frequently broke out and I was not confident in my own skin with a bare face. After the first year I could visibly see the reduction in pigmentation and facial scars and lines. Also my breakouts are almost non existent now. It's worth every cent

Wow what can I say it has been worth every cent. I had been on the pill for nearly 15 years to help control my acne. So when I decided it was time to stop I joined Caci. About 3 months after coming off the pill my skin absolutely started purging I was covered in cystic acne. You can sign up to one of our options available online or have one of our experts personalise a combination of treatments to create your very own membership - as we all have unique skin concerns and goals. The first step is to book a free consultation in clinic.

All of our memberships are fully personalised. You'll have your own plan created by our team of experts. And we do not set and forget, every treatment is tweaked just for you. Your membership is flexible and will be adapted as your skin goals change or even just if you need to switch up the frequency of visits. You can also pause at any time.

Can I use my membership across different clinic locations?

Your membership will be with one clinic. If you are moving or would like to transfer your membership please notify your Caci clinic and the team can assist with your transfer.

How do I pause or cancel my membership?

At Caci you are able to pause or cancel your membership at any time. To do this, you must inform your Caci clinic in writing with at least 7 days’ notice before the cancellation can be actioned.

How do I sign up to a membership?

Signing up to a Caci membership is super easy. You can do this in two ways, simply book a free consultation at your preferred clinic location to meet with the Treatment Adviser who will assist you on your treatment journey!
You can also purchase a membership directly from our website. If you are unsure of what membership is right for you, we recommend booking in a free consultation.  

Terms and Conditions: Offer only valid for new membership sign ups from January 1 - February 28 2026. Offer does not apply to current active members. 3 Step Routine ‘Skincare Gift’ includes 1 x Skinsmiths Cleanser, Skinsmiths Treatment Serum and Skinsmiths Moisturiser. Membership must be valued at over $1200 per annum to be valid to receive ‘Skincare Gift’. If membership is canceled within 6 months of sign up date, the RRP value of the ‘Skincare Gift’ is required to be paid in full. Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer.
